About the Pellow integration

Pellow turns a Navy alert into a page on the phone of whoever is on call. Critical monitors escalate from a push notification to a call, and the page stops the moment someone acknowledges it in Pellow or in Navy.

Key features

• Schedule sync: Navy reads your Pellow rotations, so the right person is paged without a second schedule.
• Loud for critical: Choose which monitors can call and which only send a push.
• Two-way acknowledge: Acknowledge in either app and the other one updates.
• Quiet hours: Hold low priority alerts until the morning.

Get started

In Navy, open Settings, then Alerts, and choose Pellow. Sign in, map your Navy escalation policies to Pellow rotations and send a test page.
