About the Kovri integration

The Kovri integration sends Navy alerts to the channels your team already watches. Each incident gets its own thread, so the alert, every update and the recovery stay together and the main channel stays readable.

Key features

Channel routing: Send each monitor or tag to a different channel.
Incident threads: Every confirmed outage opens a thread that collects all of its updates.
Group mentions: Mention the on-call group from your escalation policy when an alert fires.
Acknowledge with a reaction: React to an alert to acknowledge it and stop the next escalation step.

Get started

In Navy, open Settings, then Alerts, and choose Kovri. Authorize the Navy app for your workspace, pick a channel and send a test alert.

Navy will be able to

Post messages to the channels you select
Create a thread for each incident
Mention groups listed in your escalation policy
Read reactions used to acknowledge an alert
